Terms and Conditions: 1) PlumbTile Air Miles Reward program terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 2) Earn 1 United Mileage Plus point for every $2 of products purchased at PlumbTile. United Mileage Rewards Certificates are issued in 500 point increments. There is no minimum purchase and all sales are eligible to earn points, with the exception of certain project pricing purchases and/or when GPM falls below certain criteria. Rewards Points are issued only upon completed sale that has been paid in full by registered trade professional or their client. Rewards Points are based on the sub-total value of products only (i.e. sales tax, freight, shipping, or service fees are not eligible towards rewards points). 3) PlumbTile Reward Miles are only available to trade professionals (Designers, Architects, Contractors, and Project Managers) that have registered within the PlumbTile.com Pro Partner program online tracking system and been issued a Login ID and password). 4) In order to get Reward Miles credit for a sale, Pro Partners and their clients MUST use the link provided at sign-up to enter the PlumbTile online store OR provide their Pro Partner ID for phone orders. 5) The total PlumbTile Reward Miles earned per registered project will only be issued to the individuals indicated on this form. If the points are to be shared, the total amount will split equally and will not exceed the total earned value. 6) This form must be completed and submitted prior to project quotation or sales order placed.
